    Imagine going from zero to six figures in the first six months of being a new agent with a brand new license and having just moved to a new city. That’s what Sophie Bokelmann of North Group did and she attributes her accelerated growth to a few key factors.

    Sophie’s story

    Immediately after her move to Toronto and shortly before getting her real estate license, Sophie joined North Group in 2021 as an inside sales agent, which allowed her to establish a really good foundation for her business. 

    Her training focused on learning about prospecting, handling objections, and lead generation mechanisms. Not going into the field right away and getting to know the back end of the business enabled her to get a good grasp on the industry and gain a better understanding of the behind-the-scenes of customer transactions.
