Where we work
We currently serve the GTA. As we provide a platform, our Team Partners can easily work their own farms/neighbourhoods or target areas within the GTA while still benefiting from our tools/systems, services and support.
We have a team office in Etobicoke (currently under construction) and our in-person events/meetings are typically in Etobicoke/Toronto/Mississauga.
We also live and breathe in the virtual space. We have spent years building a strong culture within our team that you will feel supported and have constant communication within our team slack channels and communications.

Who we are NOT for
We're not for everyone! This is a partnership, and we want to ensure we are a fit for you as much as you are a fit for us.
New agents
Our agents must have a minimum of one year of actively working in the Real Estate industry.
We have a proven track record of scaling our Team Partner’s businesses by an average of 46% each year. We do this by dialling in on fine-tuning existing skills, and serving our agents at a high level through our resources (like Buyer/Seller guides & presentations, scripting, marketing that converts, database management and more).
We do not fragment our offering by training the basics and are not equipped to provide the support or training to inexperienced agents - it wouldn’t be fair, to you as a new agent, or to our Team Partners.
Part-Time agents
We believe Real Estate is a full-time job, and expect all our Team Partners to have a full-time commitment to their Real Estate business.
Those who do not take extreme ownership
We believe that everything starts and stops with us; our words, our actions & our results. We want agents who operate the same. Victim mentality (or blaming the market) doesn’t gel here.
What is expected
Once you join our team, it is expected that all Team Partners meet the following benchmarks/commitments:
$100,000 minimum
Most of our agents have personal goals much higher than this (and hit them) but we expect all agents to earn a minimum of six figures. We provide the tools and resources, as well as the support to get you there, and beyond.
Attendance at all team meetings, required trainings and events
We have a mandatory weekly team meeting.We also have sales coaching and accountability groups (Mandatory if you are participating in our lead program, or not at our benchmark, we also have sales coaching and accountability groups, but a benefit to all).

What sets North Group apart from other teams?
We built North Group to be the team that we wanted to join, but didn’t exist when we started.
They say there is no short cut to success but we actually believe there is when it comes to real estate. That shortcut is joining a team and getting access to the coaching, mentorship and support of others that have failed forward before you so you can learn and fast track your success.
We aren’t modelled after one agent having too much business and needing to “employ” other agents to help - we recognize that no one got into real estate to work for someone else. We want to power up your business in the ways that helped us, and we know the compounding effect of doing so, together.
Why are your agents called “Team Partners”?
At North Group, no one is above the other. All agents carry the title of “Team Partner”. When you join, we enter into a contractual partnership. Ideas are equally weighted and voices are heard. Wins are collectively celebrated and goals are mutual.

You start by filling out our Team Partner inquiry form, Then, we will reach out to you to set up a call.
All Team Partners go through an interview process that involves:
- 1 on 1 phone calls/meetings
- Reference checks
- Production verification
What does the onboarding process look like?
We believe that your First 100 days on our Team is what makes or breaks your success. We have spent countless hours crafting a program that has a track record of accelerating the success of our Team Partners, both financially and operationally.
All Team Partners complete a “Launch Week”. Launch Week is a one-week commitment that is intentionally designed for Team Partners to see what being part of North Group is all about and our business partnership is the right fit.
This week is jam-packed with opportunities for Team Partners to experience our NG team culture, see how we operate, and mutually determine if our platform and expectations align with you achieving your real estate goals.
Following the Launch Week, you will go through our First 100 Days program. This is a combination KPI and Education milestones designed to give all Team Partners the roadmap to accelerate their business and focus on growth. This period will consist of concentrated training, mentorship, business planning and accountability provided by North Group.
