Real estate has always been part of Nicole’s world. Raised by two parents with a combined 40 years in the business, she developed an early understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional client experiences.

She began her career in her family’s office as a teenager, later earning her BBA from McMaster University, obtaining her real estate license, and stepping into sales. Over the past decade, Nicole has built a unique dual perspective, working both on the front lines and behind the scenes, supporting top-performing agents and teams in creating more efficient, systemized businesses.

That experience shows up in every interaction. Nicole is highly organized, detail-driven, and known for keeping deals moving forward with clarity and confidence. She approaches each transaction with thoughtful strategy, strong communication, and a focus on making the process feel seamless from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find Nicole sailing, spending time with family, or keeping up with her toddler, usually all with the same energy and intention she brings to her work.
